SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Ordering

Both business and private customers can order from our web shop. Are you a business customer and wish to distribute our products through your shop or network? Make sure to register your account first to access our B2B platform.

​Payments

We offer several online payment options. STRIPE's payment platform allows you to pay for your order easily and securely via Bancontact, Ideal, PayPal or Visa. Payment by bank transfer is also possible. Your order will be shipped as soon as we have received your payment.

Shipments

For shipping orders, we use the services of Bpost and UPS. Orders are processed immediately upon receipt and shipped within 1 working day.

Collections

Orders can also be collected at our shop in Hamont-Achel, but only by appointment. Please contact us to make an appointment.

Shipping costs

Orders from €75 will be shipped for free to Belgium and the Netherlands. For orders under €75, we charge a shipping cost of €6.95.

For shipments to all other European countries, we charge a fixed shipping cost of €9.95.

​For shipments outside Europe, we charge a shipping cost of €29.95. All deliveries outside Europe are made via UPS. Please note that import duties may apply to all shipments outside Europe. These are always for account of the receiver.

Returns and exchanges

Ordered the wrong product? Or our product does not meet your needs? No problem. You can return or exchange your order (or part of it) up to 14 days after receipt. Before returning your products, we ask you to register your return via our ​ returnform.  ​You will have another 14 days to return your product after notification. You must return the product to us in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Always include a copy of your proof of purchase in your return shipment. Only the costs incurred for the return are for your own account. In doubt about a purchase? Feel free to contact us for appropriate advice.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us, preferably as a return via our​ return form. You will have another 14 days to return your product after notification. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to us in its original condition and packaging. Always include a copy of your proof of purchase in your return shipment.  Subject to proper receipt of your returned goods, the full order amount including shipping costs will be credited and refunded by us within 14 days. Only the costs incurred for the return are for your own account.
